Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service is pretty simple and succinct:

Any private information is strictly for any registration purposes and is not shared with any third parties for any reasons, except for possibly any compliance with legal orders in lieu of any illegal activity by a website user.

Private information (such as an email address) is generally not harvestable, as (1) the data center that hosts this webserver is physically secured by perimeter barriers, armed security personnel, security system, CCTV, restricted biometric access; and (2) the software and code is hardened against unauthorized access and exploits.

Any inappropriate content (such as pornography, rascism/bigotry, etc) will be deleted, as well as the users responsible for posting such. Banned users will be deleted by all means: email addresses, IP addresses/range, computer MAC addresses, etc.

However, this is a public medium, and we are not responsible for any breaches of private information resulting from publicly posting such information in publicly accessible mediums such as forum/discussion posts, blog posts, comments, any 'public' accessible options/toggles of any user profiles, etc.
